1. Information We Collect

When you submit our intake form, we collect your name, work email, company name, a description of your situation, and any additional context you provide. We do not use cookies for tracking. We may use privacy-first analytics (Vercel Analytics) that do not track individual users or require consent banners.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to evaluate whether Keel can help your organization and to contact you about our services. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your form submission data is stored in Google Sheets, a Google Workspace product subject to Google's security and privacy standards. Access is limited to Keel personnel only.

Form submissions are also relayed to a private Telegram channel monitored by Keel personnel so we can respond promptly. Telegram processes the message in transit; we do not retain submissions on Telegram beyond the notification itself.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@keelco.ai.

6. Governing Law
